The Brooklyn Nets officially announced their 2026-27 NBA regular season schedule on August 13, 2026. The team will tip off the new campaign at Barclays Center against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday, October 21, at 7:30 p.m. EDT.

What does the Brooklyn Nets' 2026-27 schedule look like?

The 80-game schedule, presented by Ticketmaster, features the Nets' first road game in Cleveland on Saturday, October 24. The season includes four Emirates NBA Cup Group Play games early on. Brooklyn, in East Group A, will host the Detroit Pistons on October 30 and the Orlando Magic on November 20. They'll visit the Milwaukee Bucks on November 25 and the Toronto Raptors on November 27.

Barclays Center will see significant action with a season-long seven-game homestand from March 21 to April 2. The Nets also have two separate six-game home stands scheduled for December 16-26 and January 20-29. For fans planning their visits, 15 home games are set for Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, including four Sunday afternoon contests.

What are the key challenges in the schedule?

The road will test Brooklyn's resilience with two separate five-game West Coast trips. The first runs from December 27 to January 4, and the second from February 27 to March 7. Managing fatigue will be vital, as the schedule packs in 16 back-to-back sets. Four of those feature both games at home.
